The presentations of the Science Diplomacy and the Arctic seminar are now available. The seminar was organized by Council of Finnish Academies on March 3rd, 2015.
The seminar introduced the concept of science diplomacy to Finnish academic and foreign policy discourses. The significance of science diplomacy in solving “wicked problems” of our time was presented through examples relating arctic governance.
